You're not gonna need a yoga mat for today's 12 Minutes to Toned workout, but you WILL need your sneakers cuz we're about to get our heart rates WAYYYY up. The whole cardio workout is apartment friendly, too!!

The moves are squats, alternating tip toe lunges, POP burpee, alternating curtsy lunge, inchworm kick & punch, sweeping side lunge & alternating low back lunge!

I’ve been doing the stair master for 25 minutes almost everyday at the gym with no results.
I’ve been doing this everyday for a month and seen greater results than an actual gym! Cassie your amazing thank you!

Just want to put a little thank you here, I'm a teen and I don't care about my body image, but I don't feel good. I find that everytime I've tried to do an at home workout video I always end up being super upset by the end of it because I'm ashamed of my inability to exercise because of how little I do it. I have watched your shorts occasionally but decided to check out your workout videos today and I don't regret a thing. I felt so empowered and when I needed breaks I didn't feel ashamed. I enjoyed it and your upbeat attitude and admitting that you, too are exhausted makes me feel so much more welcome. I'm sweating by the end of it in a good way and I'll definitely start doing this more - my body feels great! Thank you

I found your channel like 15 days ago and started working out for like the past 10 days with u....At first i really struggled a lot, paused the video a ton of times...but now i was able to do this full workout jus by pausing for few sec that too only a single time and felt great and strong...I was able to improve so much cuz of u cassey, u really did motivate me a lot...Thank you so much for your hardwork...Luv u....

Hey Cassey! I’ve been watching your videos on and off for a few years now. I haven’t fully committed to working out in about 4 years due to my stuggle with alcoholism.
