This is a great motivational video, currently a sophomore at med school with thoracic scoliosis i was first diagnosed at 13 and he told me that u can reverse it till u get 18 afterwards the spine would be difficult to recover since it has fully grown. Will do all of these thanks for the great effort youve put on creating such informative video.

I find a lot of chest, ab, and glute work helps me a lot. I feel more balanced after any weights/bodyweight workout.

Guys look into this method called ELDOA it’s not as common as many other medical practices around sadly I don’t have one in my area and videos are scarce but I’m I’ve tried some of the techniques and in weeks I couldn’t move they brought my body back to life and it lasted days. If you have the money do it

I feel like lots of spine issues could also avoided by being more consistently active. It’s challenging for someone who sits in a chair more often than none, versus someone who has a physically active daily routine.

Pullups and chinups helped a lot with scoliosis in my upper back but the curve in my lower back is still noticable. Any excercises for fixing that?

I have elbow issues and Ucl tear . I have not been able to do pull ups in a long time, and definitely my thoracic scoliosis has gotten worse. I’m going to follow your exercises and report back. Thank you so much.

Exercise only can help but if you want to get rid of it you have to find the root of it which is usually a very deep emotion and or concept (ask your soul, or find a shaman). once you have found it, you ask your higher self to transmute it.

This video was super motivational and I truly do appreciate it I am a female 5'7 127 lb I would like to work out but as of recently it seems that especially when I work my arms I suffer for at least a month and a half after with pinched nerve or pain in my lower back and hips do you have any suggestions?

So both sides equally? You would work the side that the curve is moving away from to try to pull it back?

Tuck your hips in and stick your chest out as far as you can targeting core muscles. If you don't tuck your hips in it won't be effective because you're compensating accommodating the curvature. Think more like a gymnast. Flag side stand is a great one

My doctor said dont go to fitness you might do a wrong exercise and damage your back should i go fitness ?
