Love your healthy tips. Please explain your followers to exhale during this exercise. Most People inhale while doing this exercise. Without exhalation there can never be a proper contraction of the pelvic floor. Also to advise to first pull the pelvic floor in and as second the transversus abdominis. I'm a Dutch pelvic floor therapist. Greetings from Holand, keep well and safe!

Thanks a million Dr. Mandell. On the first day I did this exercise I experienced immediate improvement in my urine flow.

Took a break for a couple days after initial start and urine slowed up again.

Resumed the exercises and I can say it definitely is responsible for decreasing my prostate size and allowing better flow, even though I'm currently on no meds.

Appreciate you tons.

I am so glad that you. Learn me how to do this. I have authorities in my hips and the left leg is weak and this helps me to do my exercise to be more mobility. Thank you so very much.
