Have you ever had a frozen sholder? Those excercices are totally impossible! 😂Thats the whole thing! Most frozen shoulders are just there one day and you can have been a healty execizing person the day before. It’s just bad luck and only time will fix although I am all for some super light excercis.

I have frozen shoulder and these exercises have been relieving, along with a weighted pulley system and weighted softballs. Giving me lots of relief pushing through inflammation and arthritis.

If you have a frozen shoulder you cannot put the affected arm behind your head or above your head. You don't know what you're talking about!

Most of these are impossible to do with a Frozen Shoulder-- The Pendulum is doable-- the others are near impossible

It's hard to do when you are diagnosed and that you have a frozen shoulder... Super extended, that surprise the ligaments that really hurt your shoulder...

That is not a pendulum exercise. She is actively lifting her arm in all directions. The actual way to do it is to move your upper torso back and forth which causes your arm to passively move like a “pendulum”.

ok, but person who has frozen shoulder can´t elevate the arms above the head and much less put your hands on your head like 4th exercise

These advices are appalling!
There is no way to do those exercises, except maybe for the 3rd one without rotation, when you really suffer from frozen shoulder!!!!
You shouldn't recommend things without knowing!
