Thanks for sharing. I love vegetables 🥗🥕🥦 ❤I eat all 7 foods high in lutein 1. Lettuce 🥬, 2. Broccoli, 3. Kale, 4. Spinach and 5. Arugula and 6. 7.

Marigolds are another rich form of Lutein, and are edible , wether the Calendula petals or the French type . _ both can be put into salads, or into tinctures, or topical creams .

I was told fish oil helps with vision. I was taking them and it didn’t reverse my halos or blurred vision but it helped remain where it was. I stopped being consistent and I did notice a slight difference as in it got a little worse. Idk
