49 years old, finally sciatic nerve pain went away and I had it for the last 8 months 😥
Chiropractic, physical therapy and stretching helped me to cure my pain!

Deal with the Devil pain.!!! The intense pain went from my groin to my skull..Spent four long day with one knee to my chest, my "boys" felt like they were in a vice..Trying to sit or sleep was impossible...For three weeks i could only "walk" with my elbow on my knee, like a hunchback..Took six weeks to stand semi straight..My Dr. would only recommend tylenol, hell, i was taking Codeine/tylenol already, it never touched the pain..By FAR the worst pain i've even felt and i've broken a few bones...My prayers are with those who suffer with this cruel affliction..

I’ve just experienced this for the first time in my life last night and all I can say is I pray for chronic sufferers of this affliction. Mine was the result of a masseuse who didn’t know what she was doing and decided to walk my back (she wasn’t big, but she was too heavy for that). The result was a week of my back not feeling right, capped off with pain to the sciatic nerves. The rapidly increasing pain from my lower back down my left leg was no joke. The worst part is there was nothing I could do about the pain but endure it. I have Motrin but that’s not really strong enough. 3am found me scooting to the bathroom in an office chair with wheels because I just could NOT walk. This morning the pain is thankfully mostly gone but my left leg is weak and numb. It feels like it could give out on me at any time. How some of you guys have endured this for years is beyond me. All of my prayers and respect to you!

I was hit by a drunk driver in 2016. Got several disc herniated including discs on my T and C region. But L3, 4, 5 & S1 are torture. I got radiating pain to all extremities.
I am now 32. I got
Bilateral sciatica but my right sciatica runs all the way to my big toe.
Nothing helps. I don’t wanna do steroid injections cus the year of my accident I had one and my spinal fluid started leaking (got a spinal headache, tremors, blood patch)
Anyway. I know what I have but just wanted to hear what you gotta say since I’m in pain right now and haven’t slept.
I liked your explanation better than other doctors.

Thank you for the information. When I was younger I ran track and did gymnastics among other physical activities. This confirmed what was causing my pain although I didn't know exactly what it was. I would like to know how to help make the pain bearable or if possible go away.

Had this pain for a while. Just recently it's start to go down the back of my leg and affecting my hip and knee on the right. Can barely walk most days. It doesn't help I walk on concrete all day in steel capped boots and in my job I lift, push and pull hoses, pumps, pressure cleaners and air compressors.

I have sciatica pain but I was told X-rays showed that my hip is actually out of joint slightly. The doctor said it’s probably congenital and never bothered me until I hit my late 40s. Stretching backwards is what normally helps me relieve pain. I’m just concerned I have disc damage that is causing the pain and not my hip?
