Jumping rope, I practiced this exercise a lot when I was young, and I can attest to all its benefits. Besides sprinting, this is one of the best exercises to burn calories, highly effective. I feel nostalgic to hold the rope in my hands again, but it's never too late. Therefore, today I set the following challenge: do 10 minutes of jumping rope every day for 30 days. Let's get started.

For the people saying this is impossible it definitely is not especially if you are very over weight. I was 360lbs 45% BF and cut down to about 2300 cal a day with 16/8 intermediate fasting cut out all sugar drinks and fried food and lost 42 lbs in 30 days. Didn’t do any other workouts besides light sit ups. I started off at 500 twice a day. By the end of 30 days I was doing 2400-3000 jumps twice a day. Start off slow. I have been going on this routine for 4 months now and am down to 281 and 26% body fat. The one thing I will add is I have a very active job

Just for notice. Jump with comfortable shoes, on softer surface. It will lower amortization which will help you not to get injury in your ankles or feet. And second thing - as soon as you feel the rhythm, try jumping from one leg to another. It will give you good blood circulation in your body and easier heart work, because jumping on both legs at once will make your heart work harder, because of bad blood pumping frequency, (heart is pumping blood to both feet at once, when it suppose to send blood to one feet, then to another for healthy rhythmical hear pulse) so it's not healthy in a long run.

this guy is content genious, he did only one transformation but used all the gear and now we get different video for each gear.

I lost 10 lbs in two weeks just exploring the Marin Headlands, San Francisco, Donner Pass Road Summit, Lake Tahoe in the Sierras & hiking Medicine Bow National Forest & I didn’t even realize it.
I was in too much of a state of awe & wonder to pay attention to the fact that I was working out! 😅

If you go to his page you’ll see that he also did daily sprints, planks, deadlifts, and a variety of other exercises. Definitely not impossible to lose that much weight in such little time but jumping rope alone won’t do it, nice video though.

After my first day of jump rope I woke up with a lot of pain in my hips /sides and I only did 2 sets of 3 minutes.

Moral of the story : when giving a timeline kindly provide proof at least by saying “hey SIRI or OK GOOGLE” on a smartphone! This is literally unbelievable unless you’re on a strict fasting protocol. Exercising doesn’t matter at all if a proper diet isn’t followed at all! So with due respect a diet what you followed would be a better story.

Did you really lose 8.9lbs in the first 3 days? I am finding the rate at which you claim to have lost the weight hard to believe. 32lbs in a month? That's over 1lb a day!
For anyone watching this expecting to lose 1lb a day for 30 days just by jumping rope for 10 mins, without drastically changing anything else in their lifestyle, be prepared to be disappointed. It's not that easy. Nor is it recommended to lose weight this fast. The weight might come off fast at first as you lose water weight, but I can't see it continuing at this pace with just 10 mins of exercise, even with a fairly strict diet.

Great transformation, but it feels like this video might be misleading.
