10 Min. Jump Rope Workout To Burn Fat

Today's workout:

-1 min boxer skip
-30 sec sprint in place
-1 min boxer skip
-30 sec side swipe single under
-1 min boxer skip
-30 sec single leg
-1 min boxer skip
-30 sec double unders
-1 min boxer skip
-30 sec sprint in place
-1 min boxer skip

**complete circuit 2-3x resting 1 min between circuits

Glad you guys posted these videos. I went from a total jump rope only workout to back to the gym mostly doing 45 min of compound lifts 3x a week with this jump rope workout afterwards. Your vids got me in shape cardio wise

This workout is the most favorite one in your videos! I do this workout three times a week and do another your workout three times another day after my workout. 10 min. times 3sets makes me so tired but I’m going to keep this routine for 6 months. I’m loosing my weight and getting stronger 💪 Thank you Dude!

This will be very helpful on the heavy rope days, where I really struggle (just started yesterday). The intensity rope makes a big difference.
