I started this 4 days back. Anyways imma update.

Age: 15 in two months
Height: 151
Weight: 42kg

I didn't grow for an year so hoping I would.
These are the exercises i did.
⭐ Alternate lunges - x20
⭐ Plie squats - x25
⭐ Narrow squats - x25
⭐ Side leg left (each leg) - x25
⭐ Straddle scissor - x30
⭐ Punch jump jacks - x50
⭐ Ab bike - x15
⭐ Crunches - x15
⭐ Burpee squat - x10
⭐Rope skipping - x300



🌸DAY 1: It was easier than i thought it was. I did everything.

🌸DAY: Extreme abdomen pain. Yet i managed to complete it.

🌸DAY 3: i was not able to do due to school works

🌸DAY 4: i noticed that I've grown 0.5 cm. No pain.

Okk im gonna try this until I see changes in weight and height!
Starting off 109 pounds and 5’2 and a half. Area of my thighs are 9 1/2 inches.

Day one: difficulty was medium and my legs feel untouched after the workout, tho I am sweaty.
Day two: today was a little more difficult and had to take a three minute break before doing the last exercise
Day three: I could barely sit down from how sore my thighs were today, I didn’t do the excercise.
Day four: was pretty easy but I am literally so sweaty
Day five: was actually really easy but my knee is damaged rn (idk how) so it kinda hurt doing the squats
Day six: my knee still hurts and I got my . So I did half the workout. It’s like 70 degrees rn too lol
Day seven: it’s midnight and I was sneaking out/looking at a solar storm that’s passing so I didn’t do it
Day eight: only did half cuz I haven’t been feeling well.
Day nine: did the full workout, legs feel tired and back hurts lol

Check up: my thigh area is a half an inch down, now 8 3/4 inches. I also grew an inch so I’m now 5’3 1/2 and I’ve lost a half a pound

Day ten: did half the workout, pretty tired.
Day eleven: did full workout.
Day twelve: I was too busy absolutely balling my eyes out and staying up past midnight watching the outsiders. Oops.

🌸🌸🌸Day 2:🌸🌸🌸: Did it, kinda in two or three breaks, legs are still sore, but better than yesterday. Could feel the fire burning inside my thighs while doing the last one fr 😅

Updating!!! (I did this along time ago lol I thought I updated )

Day1: Did it my legs were so sore I am so hurtttt
Day2: Did it again still highly sore
Day3: Didn't do it I couldn't even walk
Day4: Didn't do it either waiting for the pain to go away
Day5: Did it again, also I see a difference, my legs are longer definitely longer yuhh, also my thighs are skinnier, hey I feel very confident now
Day7: Did it see no difference but my legs got bulkier
Day6: wooo my legs look wa skinnier, so, one of them is super upper skinny and the other oke is still fwt hit skinny .
Day7: Didn't do it
Day8: Didn't do it
Day9: Didn't do it
Day 10: id it, mylegs are sore
Day 11: Did it, my legs feel like they're about to die.
Day12: Didn't do it, but one of my left leg is so thin and my left hip is so skinny yay
Day13: Didn't do it
Day14: LAST DAY, So did it, it's not that hard anymore, so my legs lost some weight,
WAIT WHAT I WENT FROM 120Ibs TO 116Ibs, WOW CHILDREN I LOST SOME POUNDS BUT WOW THANK YOU SO MUCHHH

So I am gonna give review everything so stay updated
Day 1 - did it 1 time at evening
Had leg pain all day even next day
Day 2- had leg pain but managed to do it and it hurted like hell and my legs are not giving any changes but let's wait

Today's the first day and i accidentally forgot that the first one required no jumping so i jumped and it effected my leg so badly 😭 im on the last one now but i can't do it since when i stretch it out, the part near my hips are paining like they're about to come off 😭


Edit: day 2! I’m doing the second exercise and MY LEGS CANNOT DO IT! I SERIOUSLY FEEL LIKE THEY ARE GONNA BREAK! I thought this was supposed to be easy 😭

Edit: DAY 3! Surprisingly finished it with less problems


Edit: DAY FOUR! Day four is by far was the EASIEST. I finished all this in like, 1 or 2 minutes.


Edit: day 5! This day was also very easy! Except I couldn’t go down fully on the first exercise and my thighs pained a little bit towards the end of the third exercise. Still, the pain was much better than compared to day 1, 2 and 3.

Progress: I can’t see any progress. I think it’s in my genes 😭

So Today i started, i hope it will work because i trust u
Day 1: it was easier than i thought, and i did some stretches cause my legs was hurting little
Day 2: i did it but my legs are little paining and my back and my stomach pain little
Day 3: i did it but my legs were sore
Day 4: i did it but my stomach and legs were paining
Day 5: my legs are paining but it is looking little skinny
Day 6: my legs are sore but my leg fat is burning
Day 7: i did it and my legs are looking more skinny
Day 7: it's paining in my legs alot but it's skinny
Day 8: my legs are no more paining i did it
Day 9: i did it and my legs are going skinny and skinny
Day 10:my legs lost some weight and they look skinny whoo hooo💜✨
So this works 💜✨✨✨

Sepiacl guide- I'm a not professional but I am just telling you that you can search on YouTube Korean exercises for legs and other body parts❤ if you are doing it first time don't do it this will hurt you first stretch your body parts and then do it otherwise you will be in trouble with your legs
