Day 1: Chest felt really heavy, but got disappointed after the workout because I couldn't feel anything
Day 2: Same as day 1, didn't decide to give up
Day 3: Felt insane after the workout, felt weak af while going to sleep
Day 4 - 17: Rest day, chest felt insanely sore, ate so much protein to recover and come back with full strength again
Day 18: Felt like Day 1 but it was easier, chest got really good when it was flexed
So ill keep updating, but overall, this 100% works
Day ???: Came back after slacking off for a long time(like months), starting my journey again
Day 1: Stronger this time but workout was still effective

🔴important advice🔴

If this feels too easy, try doing the first exercises on your feet instead of your knees. I wouldn't recommend doing the final exercise, as it could potentially lead to injuries. Instead, you can try variations like Archer's push-ups, Pike push-ups, or Hindu push-ups. Alternatively, you can simply do another set of the previous exercises. Also, you can split this workout up by doing multiple sets of it with rest in between for greater gains :)
