The Ultimate 5 Minute Push Up Challenge | TIFF x DAN

Transform your chest, triceps, shoulders and back in 6 short weeks by following along with this 5 minute push up challenge 💪🏽
1. Take before photos to track your progress. Be sure to take photos from the front, both sides and back. Use good lighting and take your photos on a clean background so you can clearly see your results.
2. Complete this 5 minute push up workout 5x per week over the next 6 weeks.
3. Compare your before and after photos after 6 weeks to see how your upper body has changed.
Some tips for the challenge:
- The goal should be to get stronger every time you do this workout. Try to improve your rep counts and/or add weight through bands, a weight vest or added weights to provide resistance and help you to get stronger.
- If you are unable to perform standard push ups then do modified versions of the push ups. You can do the push ups from your knees or even do wall push ups. No matter how you do them, make it your goal to progress to regular push ups by the end of 6 weeks. You got this!
