That actually works I did that for a whole year and had them but I lost it a year after by eating terribly and stopped exercising. I’m getting back into the game though.

The most important part about training core is mentally contracting your core/passive activation. Too many times I see people doing all types of core excersise with their stomachs loose. Tighten up, hold the tightness, THEN begin. When you start passively activating your core during every excersise you'll notice you don't even need to do a lot of core workouts.

Hell yeah gonna add this in the routine . When it comes to sit up I always gotta use my hand eventually to bring myself up lol I don’t have much leg strength to even lift myself to do more than 5 . This looks better and efficient 💯
