I have not done the Zero 30 workouts in order, but I did this today to ease back in to working out after being sick, and I loved it! I am looking forward to finishing the rest of the series 😃 Thank you for keeping fitness fun and challenging!!

I honestly didn't think I would like this one bc I am not a yoga girl but I think you are converting me...especially if it's like this!! The only thing I didn't like was when inhaling, I was snorting my sweat!!! LOL!!! I cannot believe how much I am sweating...my mat, and my floor are just puddles!! Thank you again!!
