Been doing stuff for about 40 days so far and i think i pretty much am nailing all of this, good to hear i got something right! Got a long way to go but i didnt get myself in my situation overnight, i wont fix it overnight, and theres no actual ending point, theres just getting to a new normal for the rest of my life that i can continue with and be consistent.

I’ve been struggling to stay at 100 pounds for a year .

Do the 5000 steps a day include your work day? Or should the 5000 be done during “leisure” time?
I get about 6000-7000 at my job per day.

someone please tell me how i’m supposed to know my goal body weight??? i know what my goal physique looks like but it hurts my head when i hear ‘goal body weight’, am i missing something here?

That’s exactly what I’ve been doing but I gained weight. I measure oil and butter, weigh calorie-dense foods to track my calories correctly, not sure what I’m doing wrong. I think my weight just fluctuates a lot because of my cycle and water retention. Also, I just started taking creatine a few weeks ago so that could be it, but I’ve been in a carefully monitored calorie deficit for almost a month now. I have noticed that my stomach is flatter, though. And I have a lot more muscle.

Nah low key as a committed d1 athlete when I need to make a certain weight just drop calories so you average about 1700 a day and up cardio to 25 hours a week. You’ll drop hella weight and any muscle loss, which is minimal, Will be counter acted by muscle gain from the cardio.

i do 4 sets with 15 reps with lihgter weight and cardio 45 mins, half bike half treadmill.
