Ingredients:
700g Diced Skinless & Boneless Chicken Breast (raw weight)
30ml Soy Sauce (Kikkoman Salt Reduced Soy Sauce)
1 Tsp White & Black Pepper
5g Minced Garlic & 5g Minced Ginger
100g Potato Starch (not all of this gets used - approximately 1/2 sticks to the chicken in total)
35g Light Butter (Nuttelex Light)
4 Diced Garlic Cloves
75ml Soy Sauce & 75ml Water
30g Brown Sugar Stevia (Natvia Gold)
Red Chilli Flakes (optional)
1 Tsp Cornstarch Mixed With Cold Water (helps thicken the sauce)
45g Honey (Capilano Hot Chilli Honey - or your choice of honey)
700g Cooked White Rice (175g per serving / 4 total - amount can be adjusted to your liking)

Important Notes:
Make sure to spray the chicken evenly with light cooking oil spray after coating - potato starch is the key to making the chicken extra crispy when air frying. Flip the chicken once it’s half way cooked & give it another spray on any dry areas.
Use reduced salt soy sauce to ensure the sauce isn’t too salty - taste & adjust if needed to suit your liking.

For the chicken, or any chicken infact. Do 180 for 10 minutes, then 200 for 5. Perfect juicy chicken every time.

I would mix extra Virgin olive oil with the potato starch and coat thigh meat with it, muscle meat for muscle, the rest is good

how long would this taste good in the fridge and how do you heat it up? every time i make something that’s older then three days it just loses all flavor and heating in microwave with a little water helps but isn’t great
