I follow 90% of this activity sir .. and I fell much better and calmness in myself
I also want to add one thing ..The practice of gratitude is very important in student because sometimes we fail and suffer from anxiety depression just say few powerful words every morning to yourself

Summary -
1. Warm water in the morning, gradually increase the glasess of water
2.Move to Washroom & get freshed
3. Have healthy & nutritious breakfast : eg. fruits + soaked black chane
4. Timely meals
5. Avoid junk, sugary & fried foods
6. Periodic water intake throughout the day as per daily requirements
7. No water 30-45 mins before & after having meals
8. Walk after taking meals
9.7-8 hrs of sleep - internal healing
10. No study on bed - alert mode in chair spine erect
11. Yoga, meditation 30-60 mins
12. Short study slots, in breaks - productivity activity

Sir, maine bohot se merit students dekhe hai apne school me college mai. But aap jaisa down to earth kbhi nahi dekha. Generally, itne ghamandi, egoistic aur normal students ki insult karnewale aur cheekhne chillane wale hote hai toppers ki unse dur rehna he accha samajhti hu mai.
