After working out in the morning after I wake up I always feel so alive and happy. It makes me feel so unstoppable and like I can take on the world. Exercise really is the cure for sadness and low self esteem.

Exercising can be hard sometimes but It always makes me feel better. Last year I had almost 300 lbs in body weight. One day I just started moving more, then slow running then I started doing weighted exercises and I was eating clean by following meal plan I got from Next Level Diet. Today I have 200 lbs and Im happy like I never been in my life.

Some people get confused and worried when they first do exercise and their muscles are sore but to be honest if my muscles werent sore i'd think i've done it wrong

The thing is I wanted to loose weight, but I actually felt confident when I started exercising.. so my whole mindset has changed. I don't want to be skinny anymore. I want to be strong ✌️

I just started working out daily. I started with just 10 mins a day, EVERYDAY for about 2 weeks and bumped it up to 20 mins. I needed to make it a habit and routine. I feel fantastic and my body is toning up. Im 2 days into an official workout program so hopefully I'll stick to it 💪

My great grandparents always worked out. Lived to their 90s. Their daughter, my gma obviously, didn’t and left this earth just a few years after her parents. Take care of yourselves y’all.
