This Brain & Body #Parkinson's home video workout will stimulate your brain-body connection and give you a full workout head (or brain) to toe. You will be sure to have fun with these stimulating cognitive challenges, large muscle movements, and memory & pattern sequences.

I exercised today's session with great fun.i am bk from uttarakhand MUNSIARI near Himalaya but never missed exercising with u.I am 76 now but still hv great energy with d grace of Almighty.Thank u Polly for ur unconditional help for us.love u.🎉🎉🎉🎉
