I've just completed 365 days of yoga with Adriene, losing over 50 pounds. But more important than that, I believe that the positive mindset yoga has given me enabled me to feel confident enough to finally get a job after 2 and a half years of being unemployed and depressed. So this is corny but thank you, not just to Adriene but to this amazing community. I've just signed up for MOVE in January and I honestly think that if you're reading this and debating whether to do 1 whole year of yoga for yourself, then don't even think about it... just do it, you will be in awe at how it might just change your life for the better. hi adriene, i’m 15 years old with a debilitating condition, raging anxiety and depression and the past year has been so tough for me but the one thing i’m grateful for this year is discovering yoga, it has truly changed everything for me ( even my symptoms )and i haven’t had a proper panic attack since i started back in july, thank you so much adriene, from my home to yours. you have changed my life and i find comfort in this beautiful of community of people, we are all in this together. namaste 🙏

edit: i just wanna say a small thank you to everyone for your kind words, it’s currently christmas eve and i’m cuddled up on the couch with my mom reading your messages, stay strong guys i love you always and be kind to yourself !! in 2022 make sure you stay consistent with yoga and never give up, no matter how unmotivated you are or how pointless it feels, you will find love and healing one day, namaste friends 💕 sending you all christmas blessings !!

I did this session with ear pods and I could hear Adriene's heart beat throughout. It feels so weird but warm that I have this intimate relationship with a stranger living across the globe from where I am. I am so grateful to have found Adriene's channel in 2018 and am so glad that I have decided to return after a few years of wandering. Thank you Adriene for still doing this. Thank you community for practicing together. Thank you myself for deciding to start taking care of myself again. I love you.

Ugh, I’ve been feeling kinda sluggish ever since I got sick, but I woke up, did yoga with Adriene, drank some water, ate, did my hair, put on a nice outfit and am actually going to try to get stuff done today. I might go on my first run in 6 months too, we will see what happens 💕have a beautiful day beautiful💕

Towards the end while doing knocking on heavens door, I started feeling quite emotional, feeling lots of different emotions, then this air of calm came over me. I love how doing daily yoga (one year 247 days, ) has made me more in touch with my inner self. Thank you Adriene for this beautiful gift, I loved this yoga practice. Delight day 17🎉 thank you, Adriene, for this practice. It's cold and rainy today, which has made it a little hard to make it to my mat, but I'm so glad I did, I put the heater on so I had no excuses, it was definitely needed for the motivation today. 💖🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏻

Blessed Beloved Beauties l 🦋❤️🦋 l Delight Day - 17 (July 17, 2024) is balancing and energizing. I was thrilled to see it on the calendar again. It has been awhile. I had to substitute downward facing dog 🐕 for child's pose due to PMS. Ah, I really feel vibrant. I'm skipping cardio today to take it easy. I'm ready to tackle more grading for the university and cooking 🔪 dinner. Best wishes, everyone! 🦋❤️🦋

DELIGHT😆 - July 2024

I delight in the recharging of my systems as I partake in the art of yoga.

So lovely to regulate and find balance within my brain + body again as I wind down for the evening. One thing that I love so much about yoga is it’s ability to put tiny, minor stresses that feel larger than they are into perspective by connecting with my presence and the bigger picture whilst releasing all that no longer serves and welcoming in the positive energy and light that my spirit deserves and needs to move forward lovingly and peacefully. This feeling of lightness as I step off the mat today is one of the many reasons I partake in this wonderful practice and return to it daily. I hope you have all had a lovely beginning to your week’s! Namaste beautiful yogi friends🙏💓✨🤗 xx

SPARK Day 7. Finally I did one on the right day in this calendar!!
Once again I've been missing for several days. I was given the diagnosis we all believe won't happen to us early this week. After doing around 370 days in a row I just couldn't even bring myself to get my mat out. My mum reminded me that yoga has already given me all the tools I need to walk this path so I at least decided to see where this video took me. It helped immensely and after several days of feeling completely blind sided and in a whirlwind of chaos I finally feel at least back in control of something. To my friends on here, I will still be around but possibly not every day. Please still stop by and say hi when you see me, as our little moments of connecting with one another really keep me feeling like part of a community and not just clicking a video on YouTube 🙏

This is such a beautiful surprise! I was just going to do a very late yoga session before bed––and this newbie from Adriene was _HERE_ ! Feeling particularly devoted and rewarded by my yoga practice with Adriene which is 706 days of continuous yoga YWA and will be two years on January 1st! I just took a semester of yoga + core at Berkeley and got a wonderful evaluation from my great prof there ( a grand kinesthesiologist who has done yoga for 20 years) and I know all my gains are due to sweet Adriene ❤️She said I did better than most of the class of 18-20 something year olds (and I am post 50) and was an ace on all the main points. So proud. So grateful.  

I am suffering the loss of my husband on October 16th... but somewhere he was watching me doing "knocking on heaven's door."

Thank you for the lovely new practice. While I really enjoyed the sequence, I was in tears most of the time because my dear Flash cat was not interrupting, not needing head kisses every time I bent down, was not lacing through my legs and under my body in downward dog…
Flash was such an integral part of my morning yoga, now that he is gone, I am just broken. He was such a good boy. RIP my dearest kitty.
Thank you, Adriene, for helping to hold space around this sacred practice while I mourn the loss of the best cat I have ever known.

Day 14 of EMBODY. Great practice for starting the day. I would think " knocking on heaven's door" would be a good practice to address anxiety. Thank you Adrienne and community. ❤️

Blessed Beloved Beauties, and Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a great weekend?! I wasn't present for our virtual classes over the weekend. However, I was studying with my other yoga teacher. Expand Day - 24 is always balancing and calming. This is a great session for an internal massage of the cells, muscles, organs, and nerves. Now, I am ready for an early afternoon run 🏃🏿‍♀️ before I work on my part-time gig. Best wishes, everyone! 🦋♥️🦋
