Get ready to kill this home upper chest workout with me…all you need is a pair of dumbbells! Finish the first round, and try repeating the video for a total of 2 rounds. Be sure to leave a comment down below and let me know how far you got!

Perform each exercise below for the prescribed # of repetitions (perform 2 total rounds):

Workout:
• 20x Dumbbell Squeeze Press
• 20x Dumbbell Uni-Lateral Press
• 20x Dumbbell Lying Flys
• 20x Plyo Push-Ups
• 20x Push-Ups

Couldn’t do the pushups in the last round I tried so hard haha VERY GOOD though I’m going to use this routine as my goal to get through on chest and shoulder days. I’m sort of a beginner-intermediate and your videos have been helping me a great deal. Thanks.

Dude just did this for the 2nd time since this past Tuesday with better form on the plyo push ups. Did it all for 4 times time but the last 20 push-ups on the last two set were fuckin brutal but I got through um. Used 20lb dumbbells for the weighed exercise. Hopefully next chest day it'll be 4 clean sets

I suck at push-ups, i can do about 15 of the Pylo, and then only about 10 of the regular. However, that is up from 12 and 7 respectively from last week. I do power through 2 rounds of this though. Working towards 3.
