You are a life saver..I m doing ur workout on a daily basis..taking one day rest.ur workouts are super safe. I m 39 years old.but last day I did exercise of someone else..and it did hurt my knees..I can't even walk properly..but I m back to ur workouts..n I have to say that even having pain in my knees I feel much better with ur every move...keep it up guys..love from india

Thank you for these video's. I use many of them to help me with my physical illness which is 5 herniated discs s1, L5, L4, L3 and T2 also a bone spur on C3. It been slow but good. Be doing trial and error and a lot of beginning videos that you have out. so again thank you very much.. Y'all are Awesome

Push up is one of my main weakness. Tried to do it on my knees and it's still tough. But I do think there's a slight improvement after few months of workout with hasfit. Thanks and much love to you both ♥️.
