This Big Butt Workout Challenge brings you 3 such exercises for you to do if you want good results for your buttocks!

Do this workout everyday and in 3-4 weeks you'll start seeing the results in the mirror! (Make sure to take a picture as well haha!)

It's a challenge and it might not be easy for you to finish it - but you must push yourself to complete this Butt workout challenge because good results come only when you put in the effort and push yourself past your limits!

Day 0 : was watching this video and I was like I can do this in 2 minutes 😂
Day 1: me doing this exercise and the next day I couldn’t walk 😂
Day 2: I rested cause I wanted to give a chance for my muscles to rebuild

Day 3: I did this workout and I didn’t feel any pains
Day 4 I did this workout and am feeling good that am getting used to this workout
Day 5 is coming soon I just can’t wait to see change on my body 💃🏻💃🏻

I just have to say I started these exercise in March 2020 during the beginning of Corona virus and I see a huge difference, my butt is firm and perky, my legs are toned I am just amaze at the results I just want to say thank you for these videos I will continue following I told all my friends I am 43 years old, I am in the best shape of my life😘😘

All I have to say they it works. 3 weeks in and gained 2 inches and found out other muscles that never existed. I fit in my jeans perfect now!

These are good workouts cuz they don’t make you over do it but they have a good workout and they have nice breaks but good exercises and I have lost weight from this and it has definitely helped me get in shape!
