This six minutes exercise left me in pain for a week 😅😅. Didn't even do the six minutes 😢. I salute everyone doing it. It seems easy but isn't, for beginners. 😂

This video is the one right here. I had to take 3 breaks and was only able to make it to 3 1/2 minutes and I could hardly stand up. Even though it's only 6 minutes, it's super intense even for people who aren't beginners. Trust me this video is long enough, but I'm definitely going to try to make it through the whole video tomorrow. Try it for yourself and see how long you can last.
