okay so let me tell you something, there is no such huge difference in my body bt yeah I can see some in my butt ,my thigh and in my body 😇 my legs become stronger than before no doubt 😌 . 7 days are not really enough to see any drastic change in your body , but yea if you do did in a regular basis thn you will see result for sure 😃 so just include squats in your workout routine 💜🤞💪🏻

The changes you see are likely inflammation. Don’t overdo it, muscles have to heal in order to build mass. You have good motivation, use that motivation to research muscle gain & find a healthy pace. ❤

It needs more than a week to make thighs or butts, constant practice of at least six month with a few days rest in between would make change in your shape....as I experienced

Hats off to your dedication to doing 500 squats daily, it's been 5 months since I joined a gym, and my upper made some good progress but my legs are still skinny, after watching you I'm gonna work more on my legs, thanks for the motivation.

This is BS! Your muscles need rest. You can do this like 2x a week with 3days gap. Doing daily does nothing. If you think the muscles have become big.. then NO. It's a just a pump

You're a goddess, you're really beautiful and really strong at the same time ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I also doing 500 squats maybe 50-60 more reps when I am full on energy and 50 push and 50 pull ups, alongside with some HIIT cardio
