Fitness blender's squat challenge was the inspiration for this glute exercises challenge. This whole workout is butt focused. No thighs, nothing. Just straight up butt focused the entire time. Glute bridges are seriously one of the BEST butt workouts you can do. They really do lift the butt and make them perky and round. Just make sure to always do your glute bridges slooooowwwly and squeeze your booty at the top for maximum effect.

This is a homeworkout without equipment - but you can definitely make this more challenging by adding in a dumbbell (linked below)!

So idk if I’m tripping or what, but I’ve been doing this for only 2 weeks (sometimes with resistance bands)
And measured my butt since day one
Well, it has grown an inch since then

I do this workout one time, with a ten pound dumbbell on top of my pelvis (holding it obviously) and every other day and it works! Just stick to it!! And I do it every other day because you have to let your muscles rest so they can build up and also its helping my thighs get toned and I also notice the fat in my inner thighs shrinking :)) 🧡

Thank you. I did this for a month. It worked!!! For the 1st two weeks, I only used my body weight. I got half inch result. Small result but I'm happy. So I tried adding weights. I got my 1ST EVER REAL BOOTY. Not flat anymore!! Just gonna make it bigger and maintain it. Loveyou.

I’ve been doing two of her exercises at 10:30am for the last two days and she has me very determined to keep doing this 😂 Bc for school and especially for myself I really would hope to see results.This comment section helps a lot too lol.

hey! i’m really skinny and flat and have been wanting to push myself to grow my gluteus for a while now especially since i’ve started to push to gain weight. i’m going to use this video and another video (i’ll link it in an edit) everyday of summer!

today is my first day of summer and i’m starting it ready! i’ll keep updating every few days if not everyday ❤️

Day 1: I have done 100 weighted glute bridges before this video, felt it a bit in my glutes while doing the exercise then moved on to do all the workouts in this video (i was shaking a bit on the last set of reps) but i feel fine! i can feel it worked my glutes - no pain no gain!

I did this workout for like 2-3 times a day and in weekends I do this for like 5-6 times cause its FUN and it eventually worked good for me and now I got a booty made in only a few weeks

(1st week)
Day 1:Nothing of course you don't see results on the first day st00pid
Day 2:I felt good now results don't really happen overnight I'll keep doing this for 2 weeks or perhaps longer
Day:3 still doing it not much of differenceee
Day:4 i didn't do em today but I see a bit of a difference, my butt looks slightly different but not something that everyone else will notice
Day 5: crease under my butt is more noticeable shape hasn't changed yet
Day 6: haven't done it yet but I'll do it in a bit, my butt is starting to get the shape I've been wanting and i forgot to mention that I'm already at my goal weight
Day 7: my butt is slightly bigger!! Tomorrow I'll add a 5lb dumbbell
(Week 2)
Day 8: i feel great still getting that crease, let's get these gains lol
Day:9 I'm so happy with how my butt looks but these are the results i got after i did a 30 day squat challenge, but ofc I'm gonna keep going, I'll skip today since something personal has come up I'll keep y'all updated tho 💕
Day 10: i think i skipped today but okay booty still looking rounder 👌
Day 12: looks the same
Day 13: skipped
Day 14: still perky lookin good 👌👌👌

Heres some advice for those who havent noticed much difference:
While doing these exercises you also need to make sure you eat well. Eat 1-2 full bananas a day. Eat plenty of protein rich foods and carbs like avocadoes, potatos, full fat milks (like tinned milk) a cup of oats and mixed fruits daily. You can also be taking suplements like whey and plant protein but just balance how much you have it, your toilet will thank you 😅


You could also be trying other excercises as well. As well as this one, I also did some full cardio routines and excercises like squats help loads! If you dont want to gain any weight in your stomach while gaining weight, you could also try some belly fat routines.

Finally make sure you rest well when doing this routine. The best results wont always come from working hard everyday. Try doing this routine every other day to let your muscles rest. Sorry it was long but I hope it helped! 😊
