How about a... 50 Squats Challenge?

Squats are one of the most effective exercises that involve almost every muscle group in the body, helping you to:
1) Burn more fat
2) Build more muscle
3) Tone your legs and butt (summer is coming! smile emoticon )

I found it difficult to even do 15 squats earlier, and I don't know how I managed to complete this challenge in one go. That only motivates me to do more. Thank you so much 🥰😃

I did 50 squats without any difficulties. It took 2 months to practice, & I am continuing targeting 60 squats in a day. Thank you Roberta🥰

Wow! Happy I found this, I usually did squats on my own and honestly would stop halfway but this video made me catch up and stay on pace. Will be using this every time.

I've been breaking up my squats every day. Every time use the restroom at work I do 25 squats afterwards :-)

I know this over a few years old but I've just started doing the 50-100 push ups a day challenge, the 50 squats, weight lifting and doing some leg workouts; my legs and arms feel like they were going to fall yet I have a lot more energized and happier than I was before.

Have been doing squats almost everyday with a split of 50-30-20..50 squats is one go after warm up is very well achievable.. Targeting 75 in a go soon and then 100 🤞.. And yes, loved all of your videos.. People don't need to walk to gym when we have your videos here 😂😂 Please keep it up

Super helpful but just a bit fast! If you slowed it down a bit, people would a more thorough workout. Speed in the gym isn't everything! It's about consistency, and not compromising form. Thoughtfully paced movements into deep squats is better than rushed half-squats. If anyone wants, put the playback speed down 1 notch to 0.75! It's pretty good that way!

I discovered I your channel about a month ago and I really can see the changes starting. I am a 53 year old breast 🎀 survivor. I list a breast ti the fight tho and it kicked my butt. On top of that I grew up in a family that did not accept me because I was "the fat sheep" of the family because everyone else was slim and beautiful So up until the last 3 or 4 years I believed that I was ugly and their was no hope fir me to be anything else. Then something happened possibly the fact that I finally let go of a 7 year relationship in which I started as a catfish (ugh that's a whole novel in itself) Well long story long my eyes are no longer shut I see who I am and who I still have the potential to be. And thank you Roberta for helping me to get where I want to be! Much love from Washibgtin state!
