FULL ROUTINE!
1. Regular squat: 0:38
2. In and out squat: 0:58
3. Sumo squats: 1:22
4. Crabwalk: 1:45
5. Plie w/calf raise: 2:38
6. Step out squats: 3:06
7. Squat W/side leg raise: 3:33
8. Criss cross squat: 4:06
9. Pulse squat: 4:30
10. 180° hop squat: 5:10

I tried squats for 14days. The first day was rough but it got easier. The one thing I've noticed is that I feel stronger and I'm able to run longer. Try it guys it works.

I've been doing 100 squats for a few months now. I have a LOT of weight to lose! But I'm 43 lbs lighter than when I started! With this, it was my first try today and I made it through 3 sets without needing a break. I'm excited to add this to my routine!!

Also Breaking the 100 up in to 10s helped make this seem less daunting!

I used to workout everyday. Once Covid hit, I had a hard time. I began this 7 days ago and am going strong. Going to do the 200 reps for 30 days and then the 300 reps and so on. Thanks for all that you do!

MORE CHALLENGES I love this. I usually hate doing challenges because they seem so daunting and I would lack the motivation to continue. having you here to guide me along really helped. Also breaking it apart makes the workout so much easier.
