Could you maybe create a yoga Nidra, placing the hand on the heart, and breathing slowly only through the heart, feelings of gratitude, appreciation or love for someone or something, for 3 minutes, and then completing with about 15 minutes of the usual body awareness rotation, with a minute or so of silence at the minds eye ? 😊 ❤
