I have had so many requests for more arm workouts, so here you go and I am also using the new format that so many of you like which is the 30-second intervals, this is challenging but it is how we can get great results. See you in the morning for the workout. Stay safe everyone. Lucy xx

I am looking forward this workout...
And I have been doing your belly fat workout and thighs workout for almost 8 months...
And I have done some diet...
But it's not like I haven't eaten any thing or starved but i have eaten less carbs and more proteins like lentils and two eggs everyday... At lunch

And a glass of Luke warm milk every morning...

And I am satisfied with my results..
My size droped from xxl to M

Fantastic as always. Really love these 7 minute routines. Can combine some of them together and make a 30-40 minute workout to cover working on all body parts. 💞💪🏻

Hi Lucy! I have been doing your Pilates workouts for a few years now. I absolutely love them. I get great results and i don't have to wait months to see them. This particular arm workout is my favorite. I'm 53 years old and i have great arms! So thank you so much!!❤

I have been doing this workout now for approximately 6 months and it’s one of my favourites, thank you. I do it alongside cardio and leg based weight training. I have tennis elbow which means I can’t tolerate any heavy weights through my arms. I started this workout without any hand weights but then picked up my 1kg’s to test myself. This has worked great, my arms have vastly improved and I do this 6 days a week without any pain. I would recommend this to anyone 👍

I've been doing this workout every day for a couple of weeks now and I love how challenging it still feels. I can see more definition in my arms and my back feels stronger too! Definitely one of my faves 😅

Allo !!! I'm back!!! Bonjour Madame Lucy! It's been awhile. I've been going thru some personal matters and relocated to begin a new life in France. Finally, I have time to restart my exercise program which I am in desperate need. First thing I thought of was your program. Boy!!! Does it feel good being back! So, I will begin slowly only to do one main exercise either everyday or every other day. I'll see how I feel as I am just beginning.
Great first day of my return! My arms do feel this exercise. Thank you !

Bonjour Lucy!!!! Long time since I've been on the site. Boy! Do I miss these exercises! So sorry that I never thought of doing them during my travels. Where was my head? WoW! And, then, just like that, I thought about it today! OMGosh, do I have some making-up to do. Thankful to the Universe for showing me this in my mind. I will get back on schedule, especially, after seeing how my arms are looking due to time moving on. Thank you so very much for your concern for the human body. I am back! Will restart my exercise program. ( By the way, I'm stuck in CDG Airport in France, so, will be doing the exercise here in public.
