I just wanted to say. I lost 16 lbs already with this workouts 30 mins a day everyday. & eating more healthy/ its been only 2 months since i started & im feeling great @ 129 lbs. its easy just to it. Thank you for your videos!

Man! This has got to be the most effective yet feasible ab workout there is!! I really appreciate how each workout isn't complex at all, yet I feel the on my whole front torso after each round.

Just really wanna thank you for not whoring yourselves out for clicks like most other "exercise" channels, whose lives are so lacking they need to show t&a for attention, as well as the losers that give it to them.

After trying a handful of different Ab workouts on YouTube this is my favorite I like that it doesn’t need any equipment it’s a challenge but it doesn’t revolve around hanging or placing any weight on my shoulder with the exception of the planks going to try to do this one every day thank you two thumbs up

Great set. I am learning that I have to take breaks the first time or so. I did that with the 5 min versions until it was easy, so I am starting again with 8 if you find it hard, give yourself some time. Good form with breaks is better than all the reps with bad form!
