This was a real cool and enjoyable workout Coach Brian. I've been doing your workout 2+ years now. Maybe I'm getting stronger, fitter, and my coordination isn't messed up as how it was in the earlies. I do your workouts quite regularly. There's nothing like trying to get your brain to get the right coordination when it's absolute fatigued .…. 🥴But now I'm good to go 😜I have to go back and do your '50 Minute Standing Abs Workout For Flat Belly with Dumbbells' … I remember that one. It did give me a good run 🥵 That'll be a good way to measure my progress. I do save all your workouts, that is, the ones I preview for my 'home' program, and them I just pull the ones I want to work on … the beauty of YouTube videos 😍
