I don't know technicals, but as my experience cardio well worked till 10% body weight reduction .
If you are 100 you can easily achieve 90 through cardio but after that it's too hard to reduce further with cardio only strength training then plays important role.

One guy was telling that if you are loosing fat then do cardio at 1st and if you are gaining then do cardio at last of your exercises. What is your views on this?? Currently I'm loosing fat and i do cardio on treadmill at the end of my exercise.

I have boycotted western medicine since i was 12 and start consuming chyawanprash and Gaumutra on daily basis straight to 13 years, now i am 25, i haven't trained my body ever still i can do one arm pushup and one arm pull-up with ease, i have never fall ill from that moment, i am arm wrestling champion in my locality, i can run 4 km in 15 minutes, i stay unmasked and unvaccinated throughout the covid period and didn't get infected, i can hold my breathe for 4 and a half minute without any prior training.
