I think the reason people think cardio doesn't work is because most of them never change their diet so they never get in a deficit and instead of blaming their shitty eating habits they just label the cardio as being useless.

Coach Greg's NEAT is probably off the charts with all the videos he does

I think it's easy for a lot of bodybuilders to think along these lines: ie, eat well and you'll lose fat and then just lift weights in combination with this to reach your goal physique. BUT what I've always loved about your videos is that you've always made it clear that your here to educate and promote a HEALTHY way of living. You can look great and die of a heart attack at 30. Coach Greg is KING.

It's okay if you love weights more but don't neglect the benefits of cardio. 🔥 Doing both will be amazing.

It's funny how everybody downplays Cardio but when I start doing cardio and track calories I start losing weight, then purchase the cookbook, 60 pounds less and I keep the weight off doing Cardio year-round

I did a 2 hour walk this morning & 30 minutes elliptical this evening because I decided I wanted to live longer than last time. 💪🏼❤️👍🏼

I admit that back in the days, i used to ignore cardio, but now i do it religiously. I recover faster between my weight training sets, i even recover faster between workouts! Even my sleeping has improved because of cardio, i never knew how underrated it is until i actually became consistent with it. All thanks to you Coach Greg 💪

Greg I will always be eternally grateful for you to always promote cardio to people (not like most ‘fitness influencers’ who never promote it and even tell people not to do it!!)You are the reason I started to do it consistently about one year ago and since then doing 150 minutes minimum weekly and it feels so good!! So many health benefits and I always hear your words ‘HEART IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MUSCLE’!!! So true!!!👏👏👏 I’m 26 now and I’m very happy that I started to take it seriously now in my twenties at a young age, I’m just sorry I haven’t started doing it earlier!!! You are changing lives Coach Greg, thank you for all you do, sending all my love and respect!!! 🙏🙏🙏

Fitness advice is like teaching golf. There's a 100 different ways to swing and they all work sometimes. You have to research and filter out the bs advice. I like this dude.

I lifted weights today, swam for 30 minutes, and rode my bike for 30 minutes. I also ate in a calorie deficit

I’ve been watching videos and taking Coach Greg’s advice for months. I’ve lost almost 20 pounds, feel happier and healthier, and do CARDIO almost every day. It works.

Also an elephant in the room is mental wellbeing that cardio provides, it is extremely underrated. As a seasoned runner I can burn over 1000-1200 kcals running my tempo runs at 80 kg bodyweight. That's comparable to almost 4 hours of intense lifting.
