First time trying this one, after the 10 minute Pilates from the August calendar! Loved it! Those hollow hold alt crunches at the end were awesome! Challenging to my brain and my body! Love it Roxanne, thanks so much!!!!

Il y a 2 exercices que je ne pourrais pas faire, mais j'ai hâte de commencer ton programme abdos. (Les deux exercices que je ne peux pas faire sont ceux qui consistent à s'allonger et se relever. Je n'y arrive tout simplement pas et c'est pas faute d'essayer)
