When your time is minimal, but you want a serious ab strengthener, this rock-solid ab workout will be your go-to! This 10-minute ab and core builder is a great way to strengthen and tone your midsection!

This ab workout requires only your mat or a cushy surface and optional is a dumbbell. To give you a range, I used a 5kg dumbbell for each exercise, but pick a weight that will challenge you! I will also provide a visual modification for each exercise, so this workout is great for all levels, from beginner to advanced!

The goal for this abs session is to challenge your abdominals and oblique muscles to help build strength, using a dumbbell will provide added resistance to overload those muscles even more!

Please keep in mind, you will not get rock solid abs in 10 minutes, but if you are consistent in your training and consuming a wholesome, healthy, and energy-appropriate diet, this ab workout will help you build solid and strong abs!

This workout is also part of week 3 of our REBEL program! During this week’s workouts, we focus on resistance. Adding resistance or an increase of dumbbell weight is a key part to strength training in order to build your muscles stronger! We make changes when we are challenged, so don’t be shy to go heavy, but as always listen to your body!

As always focus on maintaining proper form and full range of motion, work at your own pace, go heavy enough, challenge yourself, and of course, make the most of it!

Just completed the resistance climbs ride and now I'm done with this weighted abs! I always like increasing the resistance with a weight when I'm doing abs. This class is short, but not short on intensity and effectiveness! Day 15 is officially crushed! 🌟✳️🌟✳️🌟!

Yowza! Adding weight to side planks brings it to the next level! Not sure if you are aware Kaleigh, but the music stopped on the second side of side planks then came back on the second round of dead bug.
