Thank You for your workouts! I'm an Adapted PE teacher trying to teach my students with my computer camera and it is hard for my students to see me. They can see all of you, and they do a great job because they can see better, and I can watch to see if they are following correctly. They are getting their exercises for PE everyday :) Thank You!

I have scoliosis with Arthritis in my back with three bolden disc that rest on my Sciatic nerve. I started watching your video with Jupiter the insurance only allowed me to have it for 6 mos. I was excited to find you on YouTube I am 78years old .you help me a lot

THANK I've been searching for "awhile" for exercises that I could do in a chair, due to needing to loose 30lbs and being extremely limited in movement and debilitating pain(need double knee replacement and double hip replacement). Your videos are actually inspiring, you give alternative and great positive energy. Thank you very much, your videos are what I've been looking for!!!

My son's favorite color is orange. My daughter's favorite color is green. (my favorite color is blue, so I don't know how I made green and orange lovers) The first of your videos I saw those colors in your studio and it made me so happy. This is the exact chair routine I have been looking for!! I am 64yo, but do not like the chair workouts for seniors. I have arthritis in both knees and need to lose a lot of weight. I will add your workouts to my routines and look forrward to seeing results soon.
