Welcome to a 10 minute beginner level seated movement program (no equipment needed other than a chair). Chair exercises are great for seniors and anyone else wanting a seated chair exercise program. You can do this at any time of the day to loosen up, get energized and improve mobility, energy and vitality. Ideally, try to do 10 minutes of exercise 3 times a day to get in a full 30 minutes of exercise every day.
