Welcome to a 10 minute beginner level seated movement program (no equipment needed other than a chair). Chair exercises are great for seniors and anyone else wanting a seated chair exercise program. You can do this at any time of the day to loosen up, get energized and improve mobility, energy and vitality. Ideally, try to do 10 minutes of exercise 3 times a day to get in a full 30 minutes of exercise every day.

Thanks Jules. I'm rehabbing a hurt ankle and these are perfect to keep me moving at the office but not putting pressure on my ankle joints.

Thank you Jules, this time i just wanted to do a quick workout and this was it. Since Sunday I've done over 2 hours of workouts, and I just wanted to be seated and do a short workout such as this !! Again, thank you !!!!

This channel is great for me because I have bad knees, and I can do these exercises without all the pounding. I've not done exercises for a very long. A doctor recently told me about this channel. Thank you

Did this with my sister in mind and will share. Since she's a newbie to exercise, your valuable coaching was recognized and will help her. (E.g.: flex your foot means toes pointed towards you, your explanation of where in your body the move will be felt, and the great ending quote.)
