😮😮😮 In the 18+ years I've had major neck issues, complex migraines and fibromyalgia I've never seen this level of stretching! I just had nerve blocks and trigger point injections done on Monday. I can't eat to try this. Thanks for posting!

I need this every day. Very bad car accident years ago where the seatbelt saved my life... I like this one because it's different! Keeping my neck and shoulder stretched out prevents prevent weird pains in my ears and jaw. Thanks, Doc!

YES!!! I FINALLY DID ONE OF THESE RIGHT! I’ve been doing this for a year or so now for my neck pains and I always wondered if a chiropractor would frown on it; so I’m glad to know I wasn’t harming myself!

OMG, Four repetitions and my neck feels great and I'm sitting ram-rod straight!
The only problem is when I gazed up, I saw how dirty the blades are on my kitchen ceiling fan. Gee, thanks a LOT, Dr. Rowe.

Ohhh I’ve done something similar, but never together and with that shoulder drop! Your stuff comes at the perfect time! I’ve already been incorporating your turtle neck stretches and they’ve already helped my stiff neck. Will save this too!

To take it to another level, when the head is pulled towards the left shoulder, slowly rotate and lower the head so the chin is directed to the left armpit. Then drop the right shoulder to find the maximum amount of comfortable stretch.
Hold for 15-20 seconds, then very slowly release. Repeat 3-5x.

This stretches the upper levator scapulae and suboccipitals to the base of the skull.
Once the stretch is found, slight variations of the chin lowering and/or head twist will allow a person to find the best position to stretch what's needed.
