Most this will come from our thoracic spine due to the unique anatomy of the rib cage. Learn how to keep yourself flexible and "in the game".

Yes! Such a great video! I don't think most people realize the importance of keeping our spines supple. I always like to say that we only get "old" when our spine gets stiff. Thanks for sharing!

Great video thanks! I teach both Kundalini and Hatha yoga and I see folks with this kind of thoracic area stiffness all the time so thanks for the good explanation about this part of the spine.
