I don't have that much time during the week and I'm often tired because i cannot stand waking up early 😅 i also come home at around 17 most of the days and after so many hours in the office, I need movement. First it's a 30-45-minute walk and at least 2-3x I really want to workout (plus the weekend, but then I have more time). These 20-30-minute circuits are life- and timesaver. You have no idea how grateful I am for these workouts. No thinking, just put on the video and follow along. So much love goes out for you, dear Kathrin☺️☺️❤️❤️💪💪
