When I first started fasting, I think a lot of the reason I was hungry all the time was because I had conditioned myself to eat every time I got bored. Something as simple as a 5 minute walk around my house was enough to get me by it.

Haven’t been hungry in over two and a half years. OMAD and a low-carb whole-food diet knocked that out of me. It feels like I have a superpower and I love it!!

you talk a lot about insulin and blood glucose so i was wondering if you had any weight loss tips for type 1 diabetics? it’s like no matter what i do i can’t lose weight. my blood sugars tend to be higher but i’m trying to keep them stable. it’s hard for me to understand what I NEED to do to lose weight since i have to be my own pancreas.

Love all of your videos, I've been doing IF for over 4 months and have dropped 52 lbs blowing by my goal weight. A big part of this is hiking. I hike at least 5 times a week, 2.5 miles with about 700 ft of elevation climb... great workout. My issue is that my schedule only allows me to do this after I eat my final meal at dinner with my family. I really can't change that, but keep seeing that I should be eating after my hike... any suggestions? I know I'm doing well, so I guess I can just stay the course... Thanks Amber!!!

My challenge is finding good protein sources for vegetarians! It has always been a struggle for me. I do use plant-based protein supplements but I wish I could find more whole foods to eat instead!

Delayed eating this morning until I was really hungry. Okay, Autumn says eat more protein, eat more fat and no easy burn carbs. Did that this morning and it worked, not hungry, not snacking, waiting until I get hungry before eating lunch. Thanks. I’ll keep trying the Autumn way.

Good grief Autumn! Sleep evaded me. I tend to have “panic, anxiety “ attacks as soon as I get in bed. I get claustrophobic. It’s so weird. My diet is very good and I also exercise. I’ve also upped my protein. Do I eat a high protein snack before bed? Any recommendations will be highly appreciated 👍🤩❤️. Just finished the video. I think I’m over exercising. It’ll be hard to back off my exercise routine.

Autumn, I want an honest answer. I've quit caffeine, more especially everything that has to do with coffee. I still drink tea, matcha green tea in particular and I used to drink herbal teas but I've grown tired of. I mean it's summer and I am not the biggest fan of hot beverages still I do consume matcha green tea for all its antioxidants. The reason I've quit caffeine was overall stress reasons and inability to sleep alongside with a hemmrrhoids surgery I had back in December. The doctors suggested I avoid caffeine which I was already even before the surgery. However, I'd like to give coffee a go again and I've got reasons not to trust decaffeinated products. What would be ideal for me to consume and how much? No sugar for sure. Thank you very much.

I'm lifting weights this morning, wondering why I'm feeling so hungry (I don't usually feel hungry during my workouts). Open up my phone afterwards, and Autumn's posted a video, "Why you're always hungry". 😂 But on a real note, almost all of the reasons applied to me. THANKS!! 💯
