I’ve been doing 16:8 IF. I am eating all the protein I need. I don’t feel hungry but am on the hypoglycemic side so I feel shaky long before my fast is over. What to do???

When I was trying to add muscle, I decided to eat 4 meals per day, and I was always hungry, constantly thinking about my next meal. Well, I cut it back to 3 slightly bigger meals per day, and that hunger stopped. I can now eat 3 meals between 8am and 7pm without getting hangry. It’s so much better for my mental health.

Hey ❤ I am an eggetarian ( but no dairy) and I want to supplement with EAAs . But all those supplements have sucralose. Is is safe for daily consumption? I also have lean PCOS btw ..
