when i’m hungry i feel like i go for high protein balanced meals and snacks like a whole wheat turkey sandwhich, then green yogurt with almond butter, protein bars, pears, beans on toast with chicken, and everything feels like it evaporates after 20 minutes even with adequate protein, fat, fiber, and calories. I’m pretty active most days i hit the gym and go on walks and i run sprints in school

You should teach Kids in school abbey. Including the hcc bingo 😄 It is so important and I would have needed that as a kid/ pre teen in school and you also teach it in a funny easy way

Grew up with 1200 cslorie a day, no fat, skim milk and margarine.diet. Actually enjoying food and eating mindfully sounds like a much better option.🖕

Hunger crushing combos 🤣🤣🤣. The carbs and sugars are what’s creating the constant hunger. We don’t need them so simplest solution is just don’t eat them 🤷‍♀️. High fat moderate protein is a hunger crushing combo .. steak and eggs par example 😊😊
