As a diabetic, I realised what holds me for the day with food. Carb heavy for a diabetic creates the platform for your whole day starting poorly in the morning. I learned this teaching fitness. I love fats and protien . Complex carbs when wanting sugar. We get high blood sugar our kidneys suffer.

idk!! it doesn't seem like its those things Amber. I had a burger on lettuce, ya know "protien style." still hungry. walked the dogs to let myself catch up. still hungry so I had 3 street tacos from this truck that fills em good. probably a cup n a half of shredded beef altogether in the tacos. plus the fat in them. still hungry. wait an hour just for manners. still hungry. ate some carbs. feel full finally. but then i had to go workout for an hour to bust thru those carbs cuz it's late and I don't want to have them set up on me. it's so annoying. I still have a long way to go and I'm stuck on a plateau.

Agreed. Also, I would add, not enough fiber. Veggies or oats can help!

You can also just be thirsty and not hungry. We learned it in biology class that sometimes your brain makes you feel hunger if you didn't drink enough water so if you are still hungry after eating try drinking some water wait for 10-15 minutes and if you still feel hungry then eat something.

Or you could have a fucking eating disorder and literally can't ever feel full even when you're so full you get sick. Then you just have to learn to be hungry. Eating disorders aren't all intentionally starving yourself. Restricting food can be a literal part of eating disorder recovery and telling people to eat more when they've eaten enough is super triggering and hurtful.

Please share lunch meals. I’ve loved all your smoothie tips/recipes so usually I do really good for breakfast but it’s lunch that’s difficult for me to have a healthy weight loss friendly meal

I feel full when I get enough fiber (from food). Usually other things like protein tend to come along with it.

Eating oatmeal makes me cry because I eat and I'm still hungry. It's a weird feeling. Maybe I'm not used to it. My family eats carbs in the morning and they're surprised when I eat meat for breakfast.

thank you for Not saying "you ate to fast" I eat fast but, im not fat. I eat mostly protein and fat and avoid carbs. Im 5'6 so short but only 135lbs. oh im 44 been the same size since highschool
