This is well timed since I started running. I never thought of doing them after a walk as well.

Got to give you your props, the fact that you knew my issue with my right foot was a result of my hip. I had a conversation with my mother not too long ago and she said that I would've had to have major hip surgery when I was a child to correct it. But didn't want to put me through that. All this time I thought it just the ankle/heel.

Never seen the single leg sit. I like it, my knee hasnt been feeling the best doing on back piriformis stretches (not sure what to call it but essentially the same stretch as the single leg sit but on back, one foot on ground, and other crossing over knee) lately and this didnt give my knee issue.

Great video, I transitioned to forefoot striking in both running and walking. Is there anyway to keep this strike during cardio at the gym? I find the treadmill forces you forward, causing inconsistencies in my strike? I would like to continue through the winter. Maybe the elliptical? but your supposed to keep entire foot planted. I don’t want to cause any injuries.

First thoughts oh nice a post stretch, this should be easy. A couple minutes into lunges....this is hard 🥲 My feet got a good workout from this
