I would advise people to be careful getting up like you do. Unless you’re fit, a lot of people don’t have the flexibility to do a full squat, and then strength in their legs to raise up. I usually go on to one knee myself due to a hip issue, but if ya got knee issues that would not be good. Keep up great work! It is so important to find how you can get up and down and work on it. Some people completely loose the ability to get up off the floor as they age.

I really appreciate this video! In the last 6 months my right hip especially has been bothering me. I have no broken bones or any diseases as far as I know. But often I experience an ache in my right hip. I think I will find these exercises very helpful. Thank you for thinking of us!

I'm so glad you posted this. Now that I'm 60 🥴, I've noticed my hips feel very "tight" and get stiff after sitting for any period of time or just when I'm walking. Keep saying I need to do some stretching but never knew how so thank you! Happy New Year 💖

I'd like to see strengthening exercises from a sitting on a chair or standing position. Strengthening neck, upper back, arms, hips, ankles.

I like your helper! I'll have to modify this maybe do them on the bed. Have bad OA in my right knee is why. Getting down on the floor and up would be difficult. I'll find a way to do this! 👍😃

Have bad hips and very tight. Today is the first day doing this. Going to try to do it morning and night. Good wee program, and easy to get started. I'm 43 but my hip health is well over 50. Thanks for sharing this video. Only problem doing the exercises was my belly was in the way, lol, but I'm working on that.

Thank you. Have right hip replacement and left knee replaced and am really disappointed at my change in range of motion with my hip even though I exercise those areas every day. Will try these!,
