In this video, Matt takes you through three simple hip stretches that will help you relieve tension and beat hip pain. These three hip stretches will loosen tight hip rotators and inner thigh muscles. When your hips are painful and stiff, rest is not the answer. Resting your hip muscles just leads to more atrophy. This relaxed hip mobility follow along will help you restore flexibility to your hips gradually, and it's all in a small 5 minute dose that you can do whenever you have time!

Don't give up on improving your hip mobility. Work on it daily to improve your flexibility and overall health!

Thank You Matt HSU. My left hip was burning 🥵 with pain. I hope to do your exercises morning and night so the pain goes away over time. GOD BLESS YOU. I used to do yoga 3-4 times a day in my 20’s, swimming, running and then I stopped working out but relatively skinny with muffin topping and I’m no longer size 0, I’m like worst than a size 4 and it sucks to be in pain. I’m avoiding yoga also. I hope to be able to do all my workouts again soon and not be in pain.

Omg this is amazing. This work out is really helping me out. I was so stiff couldn’t tie my shoe on the left side once I try this stretch it started helping out instantly.

Been having hip pain!! And I tried that butterfly stretch and it relieved quite a bit! It reminded me how I used to do it every day in gym class in middle school, no wonder I didn’t have hip pain until recently

Thanks a lot for this video.i always find it difficult to do sitting exercises like what u hv shown now on yoga mat or on the floor..I am sure using the block will make it a lot more easier.

Just starting today. Love your videos. I’m very inflexible!!!! Miserable with less movement. Too sedentary for years due to back, hip and knee pain. Overweight!!!!
