This is one of my favorite morning stretching videos! I just feel like it could’ve been a little slower, not like a workout, but more like yoga, staying in those stretches longer, without counting and rushing. I need to pause between the exercises to stretch longer. Cause, it’s the morning and I haven’t woken up fully, so I need it to be a little slower ❤️ That’s just for me! Thank you!
