Fat Loss Journey: The Goal Setup

I am going to show you, step by step, how I am working to lose body fat. I set up a goal in todays video and we made the goal specific, have a specific end date and come up with an action plan. This is step by step how I do it with my self or with any of my action coaching clients.

My goal is to go from 15% body fat to 10% body fat so I can have the fat loss necessary for a six pack. I have always wanted a six pack as my goal body a long time ago. It's time I remove the frustration I have and apply my framework so I can make this dream come true.

Sry i missed this video, Got my first girlfriend but then I broke up with her. While relationship goals are important I realized that it was too much of a time commitment, I didn't know what I was getting into. It was interfering with my other goals. I'm young and realized that goal is not a priority for me right now.Part C "Does this date add enough urgency or pressure?" I think this has often been a problem for me. I have these big goals that will take months to accomplish. Better to break these goals into smaller ones then have shorter timeframes that can add urgency/pressure to them. Thank you for making this series. Often I find with youtube is that each video is so specific and it's hard to see how they flow to each other. This is a great way to get a holistic birds eye view of the process.
