It’s day 6 of my Fierce 2.0 program and it’s time to pick up the pace with an intense no repeats HIIT cardio workout! This is a classic style HIIT workout with equal work and rest periods. 30s of work + 30s of rest that means that 30s of work should be completed with YOUR maximum level of intensity If you are really pushing yourself you are going to be thankful for that 30s rest! No equipment needed today so just clear some space and follow along #HomeWorkout #hiit #cardio #fierce14

30/30 is my favourite style of hiit cos I really go all out knowing I've got longer to recover. And tbh even with the 30 second rest periods this was still really intense, loved it, wish there were more of this style on YouTube. Thanks HR 💖

This was great! 👍I've been doing HIIT cardio training for years, but I've never done the 30 on/30 off format before. I thought I might not get such a good workout with so much rest in between working sets, but I was wrong! That 30 seconds of rest gave me the energy to REALLY give it my all in the next working set. 💥
This is going in my fav's bookmark to do again when I want a nice, challenging cardio workout! 😁

Love me some good cardio with no repeat and no equipment. The workout time/break time were on point. The variety of the moves were just great. This is my favorite worout of the fierce so far 💪

As an aside - anyone else thrown by the deep ass songs that play? That cool down song struck was kinda personal :'D "... real life, holding on cos it just feels nice, but let's get back to real life"

What a challenge, this one!! 💪🏼💪🏼Love cardio workouts and this is now one of my favorites!! Heart on 🔥!! whenever it felt possible, I took 10 to 15 sec from the rest period to continue to push hard on each exercise! But those 30 sec rests were a blessing for most exercises, to be able to catch my breath!🤣 Thanks Heather! Loving this Fierce 2.0 and there's still much to go! Thank you Heather! 💜 (burned 326 cals on my fitbit)
